How to order:

Each new customer receives a free gift with the first order. You can quickly and easily create an account by registering. Complete the registration form and simply click to confirm. Your free gift will be shipped with your first order.

Once registered, log in with your email address and password to start shopping. You can shop by selecting products from the categories on the left or by using the product search feature.

A list of products which match your search appears. Simply click on the article required for more information or to purchase the article. For large orders we offer attractive discounts or special free gifts.

The quickest and easiest way to pay is with you credit or debit card. If you pay with MasterCard or Visa you can use MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa.

Customers in Austria can pay cash on delivery. The parcel service takes payment when the goods are delivered.

We also offer an advance payment / bank payment option. Your order is shipped as soon as your bank transfer clears. Customers within the EU can transfer Euros using our SWIFT/BIC and IBAN numbers and do not have to pay a foreign bank transfer.

Delivery charges for our Austrian and German customers are shown in our shop. For all other countries the delivery charges and the carrier are available on request. Delivery usually takes up to one week.

If any part of your order cannot be despatched immediately we will notify you by email. As a rule we will deliver the missing product free of charge at a later date, but for very heavy or bulky products we charge a small delivery fee.
